Individual therapy for women feeling anxious, stressed or burnt out.
Many women come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, constantly tense or exhausted, even though they are managing life well on the surface.
You may notice your mind is busy. You overthink or ruminate, replay conversations or decisions, or get stuck in loops of worry that are hard to switch off. Over time, this constant mental effort can be draining and take a real toll.
Our work offers a steady place to get things out of your head and off your chest. Together, we make sense of thoughts and reactions that have felt confusing, repetitive or hard to untangle alone. We work in a calm and supportive way, helping you feel clearer, more grounded and more resilient in your day-to-day life.
While much of our work is with women, we also work with men who feel anxious, stressed, or stuck in similar ways.
How We Work
We offer a calm, steady space where you don’t need to rush or have things figured out before you arrive.
We focus on understanding what’s been happening for you, including the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. We help you slow things down, untangle overthinking and rumination, and make sense of reactions that may have felt confusing or out of proportion.
Our approach is collaborative and thoughtful. We listen carefully, reflect things back clearly, and help you see connections you may not have noticed on your own.
Alongside this, we offer practical strategies to help you respond differently to anxiety and stress, and to build resilience over time.
We work at a pace that feels manageable, with attention to safety, choice and what feels right for you.
Getting Started
If you’re considering individual therapy and feel ready to begin, you can book an initial appointment using the booking link below.
You’re also welcome to contact us by email or phone if you have a specific question about availability, suitability or need help finding a session time.
The first session is a chance to talk through what has brought you to therapy and explore what you’re hoping to work on. We’ll begin to make sense of what’s been happening for you and discuss how we might work together.
There’s no expectation to have things clearly worked out before you arrive.
If it feels like a good fit, we can then decide on next steps.
